Ancient Traditions and Modern Combatives: Aiki - two sides of the same coin
Seminar with Dan Harden & Roy Goldberg - June 30 - July 3
In Motion Center and California Sangenkai are honored to have Dan Harden back the first weekend in July with Roy Goldberg to teach how they have taken the internal body training from Daito-ryu and applied it to different aspects and expressions of martial application, e.g. strikes, throws, joint-locks, etc.
Roy Goldberg is a 7th Dan Shihan and Kyoju Dairi, recipient of the third scroll in the Daito-ryu Aikijujutsu Kodokai tradition - "Hiden Ogi" (Secret Transmission of Hidden Mysteries"). This marks him as one of few in the Daito-ryu school to have received this honor and the only non-Japanese Westerner to have achieved both 7th Dan and the third scroll.
