4th Annual California Sangenkai Intensive with Dan Harden - January 26-29, 2018
Dan Harden is returning to the Bay Area for our 4th Annual California Sangenkai Intensive on January 26 - 29, 2018. Dan will teach how he has incorporated internal power and aiki into striking, grappling, double sticks, and other traditional weapons training. Sign up before the slots fill up!
In order to keep attendance small for this Intensive, there will be only two (2) options available for seminar attendance:
1) Four (4) days of training on January 26th - 29th. This option is limited only to individuals who have attended at least two (2) of Dan’s seminars. If you have sticks (25” – 28” long, preferably form padded), rubber/form knife and/or bokken, please bring them. I will order a small number of bokken (wooden sword) of the specific dimensions Dan prefers for the seminar, that you can purchase from me ($45, at the current yen/dollar exchange rate). Please email me directly at [email protected] if you want a bokken asap; so, I can set one aside for you. I may not be able to order enough.
The cost for the 4-day seminar is $400.
OR
2) One (1) day of internal power/aiki training on January 28th. This option is a great refresher for those who have previously attended a Sangenkai seminar, as well as an introduction for beginners to the solo exercises, breath training and partner exercises, necessary to develop the body connection crucial to generate internal power.
The cost for the 1-day seminar is $100.
