I Liq Chuan workshop with Marina Gubnitskaya visiting Russian Instructor - February 24 & 25, 2018
INEXHAUSTIBILITY
Can it be exhausted? Can it be drained? On the physical plane everything can be exhausted, but on the spiritual plane at the base of everything lies inexhaustibility and it is by this measure that the two planes are primarily divided. When we are told that something has become exhausted, we know that this pertains to purely exterior physical conditions. A creator may imagine that his creativeness is at an end, but of course this will be untrue. Simply, there are, or there have arisen, some factors which have impeded creativeness. Perhaps something has taken place that harms the free flow of creativeness. But in itself, creativeness when once called into action is inexhaustible, just as psychic energy, as such, is ever-flowing and invincible. - Nicholas Roerich |

I Liq Chuan Instructor and Push Hands 'Tui Shou' Champion - Marina Gubnitskaya of Moscow will be teaching a ILC Workshop in Oakland, CA on February 24 & 25, 2018.
The Workshop topic is Six Energies and Five Qualities with the Point of Contact.
The Neutral Approach of Zhong Xin Tao principles will be fully explicated and experienced as you refine your skills with partner training drills from the I Liq Chuan Spinning Hands and Sticky Hands curriculum.
Like her compatriot the Russian writer Artist and Explorer Nicholas Roerich Marina seems to be in touch with some mysterious, mystical connection to a inexhaustible enthusiasm for life and for the teaching and practice of I Liq Chuan.
I have had the privilege of training with Marina first in Malaysia at the Founder Grandmaster Chin Lik Keong's home and at many I liq Chuan Intensives in the US over the years.
Marina has personally, selflessly, and tirelessly helped me many times to refine my skills, level and understanding of I Liq Chuan.
She is absolutely delightful and inspiring to train with, and we are very excited to host her here in Oakland.

About I-Liq Chuan
I-Liq Chuan (roughly translated as "mind-body fist") is an art of cultivating consciousness based on Tai Chi and Chan (Zen) principles of non-assertion, non-resistance, harmony of yin and yang, oneness, and realization within the present moment. As a system of Kung Fu, I-Liq Chuan emphasizes the development of internal power through mental attitude and awareness. The training develops sticking and merging abilities, circular and spiral energies, Chin Na (locking), Fa Jing (projecting force), Chi Gung skills, and most importantly, the integration of the mind's complete awareness in the present moment. I-Liq Chuan trains the ability to sense the opponent's intention through awareness and to redirect force and use it against an opponent or incorporate it in the use of Fa Jing.
