The January 27- 30th 2017 workshop will be a 4 day Intensive for individuals who have attended prior San Gen Kai Internal Power trainings,
However the Sunday - One Day Option - will be open to new, as well as continuing students.
One day of Internal Power/Aiki training on Sunday January 29th.
This one day workshop is a great introduction for new people and beginners to the Sangenkai solo exercises.
You will thoroughly learn practices for developing the a internally connected body.
The material and experience of having Dan guide you through this material will change your body and give you the clear working knowledge essential to developing internal power.
It would also be a good refresher for those who have previously attended a Sangenkai seminar, but cannot attend the whole 4 day intensive.
The nuanced details and feedback will deepen your ability to practice these exercises correctly, and with confidence.
You will meet and become a part of a great group of skilled practitioners in the SF BAY Area, as well as those traveling in from out of State, who are actively engaged
with this material and seriously training to enhance their practice. Most of all these seminars are as fun as they are illuminating and transformational.
