Intensive Seminars offer an often overwhelming amount of physical, mental, and emotional demand. Maximizing the ability to retain information, and train the methodologies of any given intensive seminar can be a daunting task. With the May 16th & 17th intensive with Sifu Sam F.S. Principle 4 Positive energy rituals—highly specific routines for managing energy are the key to full engagement and sustained high performance. |
